We know that diets don’t work, although there is one diet that does.
It doesn’t have anything to do with what you eat, rather what you see and hear.
What is it?
The “media diet”.
You avoid the media - including radio, television and newspapers.
Have you noticed when you watch, read or listen to the news, it’s almost all negative?..
